Jack Wilshere hoping for Italy move as midfielder trains in Como following release from Bournemouth

- He played 18 times for Bournemouth, who made the Championship play-offs
Former Arsenal star and West Ham and Bournemouth midfielder Jack Wilshere is currently training in Como, as he seeks a move to Italy.
Wilshere left Bournemouth at the end of last season, having only joined the Cherries in January.
The former Arsenal man did not extend his deal on the south coast, which came about after six months without a club following his release from West Ham last summer.

Sky Italia claim that Wilshere cannot be registered right now by a club because he’s a non-EU player but he’s looking for a club in Italy, having been released by Bournemouth earlier this summer.
He knows people at Como and that’s why he’s training there, apart from the fact that he’s preparing to play for a club in Italy in the future.
Earlier this month, the ex-Arsenal man told talkSPORT that ‘nothing has come up yet’ in terms of finding a new club, but stressed this time he was ‘waiting for the right opportunity.’
Asked about his future, Wilshere continued: ‘I’ve actually had a good pre-season. I’ve been training with a club just to keep myself fit. I’m in a good place, physically. I’m 29.

‘I’m waiting for the right opportunity to come up, to be honest.
‘But, having said that, nothing has come up at the minute and there’s nothing happening. I don’t know the answer to that question to be honest.
‘I’m just waiting. I don’t really know how long I can wait, I don’t really want to wait as long as I did last time when I left West Ham in the summer, and then I didn’t get a club until January when I went to Bournemouth.
