She’s one of the biggest names in the Australian media scene, and it looks like Jackie ‘O’ Henderson’s daughter might be following right in her famed footsteps.
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia at the ACRA Awards on Saturday, the radio host, 48, opened up about 12-year-old Kitty’s burgeoning interest in the media world.
Jackie revealed, ‘I would actually be happy for her to pursue [a job in the media] if that’s what she wanted.’
‘She comes into work [at KIIS] and loves answering phones and helping out because she loves the environment.’
Jackie also let slip that Kitty will play a part in the upcoming talk night which sees Hollywood star Gwyneth Paltrow making her way to the Aussie shores.

Jackie enthusiastically shared, ‘She’s going to be working on Gwyneth’s night for besties.’
While it seems the media world is beckoning Kitty, soccer remains another passion.
‘She’s really into soccer too, so she could go either way, but I have a hunch she’ll find her way into this industry,’ Jackie added.

On the style front, it appears the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.
Jackie proudly stated, ‘I can’t take all the credit [for her clothing] because she’s very decisive about what she wants.’
However, there’s one place where Jackie draws a firm line.

Despite giving her daughter a lot of freedom, signing up for the reality dating show, Married At First Sight, is a strict no-go.
With a laugh, Jackie said, ‘Oh no. Hell no. I mean, I like to think I let her do whatever she’s passionate about, but I’d probably draw the line there.’
Jackie shares Kitty with her ex-husband Lee Henderson, to whom she was married between 2003 and 2018.
