Millionaire prankster Jackson O’Doherty says he has turned over a new leaf after selling his home dubbed Playboy Mansion 2.0 following a split with his OnlyFans co-star Maddy Belle.

The Gold Coast social media star accrued millions of followers and, for almost a decade, lived the life of a party boy, even transitioning into porn.

However the YouTuber, who often referred to himself as a ‘prank god’, sold his dream mansion on the Gold Coast last year to move into the nearby Calmwater Shores gated community after breaking up with his girlfriend Maddy Belle.

O’Doherty said moving to Calmwater Shores had finally given him privacy; something he started to long for given the huge number of people that knew where he lived and regularly knocked on the door.

The ex-party boy also recently underwent treatment for chronic back pain stemming from years of his intense party lifestyle.

‘It was a pretty character-building year for me last year,’ Mr O’Doherty told realestate.com.

‘A lot of people don’t understand and just make assumptions about public relationships, that it’s not as legit as a normal one … but that’s definitely not the case. We loved each other and we had a lot of fun, but the relationship ended.’

O’Doherty and Belle together managed to rake in around $4 million through subscriptions to their OnlyFans site during the height of Covid.

The fortune he and Belle made helped him buy the gated community property for $1.25million and the his ‘Playboy Mansion 2.0’ for $2.9million.

The Youtuber said was motivated to sell the house after the split and due to ongoing struggles with his mental health.

‘I was a bit sick of all the partying, having hundreds of people around, having to question who was real and who wasn’t,’ he said.

‘Most people have always been pretty good to me and I haven’t had any issues or dramas with really anybody.’

The party house sold for $3.1m mid-last year to Megan and Steven Parrella, the founders of adult shop Naughty But Nice.

The property features a wraparound pool, tennis court and a central octagonal party room.

The social media star’s real estate moves come after he underwent surgery for back pain last year and said he was now in great physical shape and feeling ‘great mentally’.

‘Everything’s starting to really come together again. I’ve been very patient and stuck to healthy habits for a while. I’ve backed off the partying,’ he said.

He has now settled into a home into the gated community home and had a message for those struggling with mental health, ‘don’t ignore it, seek help’.

‘If you’ve not got close family members to talk, talk to a friend or see a doctor, try to speak with a therapist,’ O’Doherty said.

‘That doesn’t mean you’re crazy. It doesn’t mean you’re weird. It doesn’t mean you’re different

‘I’ve done a lot of therapy. I’ve been on antidepressants before. I’ve been through a lot of my own stuff that people wouldn’t know about behind closed doors. It happens to the best of us.

‘Traumas happen in life. People go through things. That’s why I encourage anyone to seek help, speak to someone, get it off your chest, it’s better than keeping it in.’
