Things are still going strong between Brokeback Mountain alum Jake Gyllenhaal and his French girlfriend Jeanne Cadieu, who held hands while strolling in Manhattan on Monday night.
At 40, the Oscar-nominated actor is 15 years older than the Elite Model, whom he was first pictured canoodling back in July 2018.
