James Packer is joined by Hollywood star Robert De Niro on his $200M superyacht in Sardinia

Billionaire James Packer was in good company as he cruised around the Italian resort island of Sardinia on Monday. 

The Australian casino magnate, 54, was joined aboard his $200M superyacht IJE by his long-term friend and business partner, Hollywood legend Robert De Niro, 78.  

Also spotted on the vessel was De Niro’s rumoured girlfriend Tiffany Chen and his daughter Helen Grace, 10, who he shares with ex-wife Grace Hightower.

Packer looked relaxed while drying off from a swim and chatting to an unidentified guest. 

The men laughed and chatted as they soaked up the sun, while one of Packer’s crew-members stood nearby with his hands clasped politely. 

Packer, whose ultra-luxe ‘gigayacht’ spans a whopping 108 metres, completed his look with a pair of purple patterned board shorts.

He appeared in good spirits as he enjoyed some downtime on the luxury vessel

Elsewhere, De Niro was pictured boarding the yacht with the help of several crew members. 

One employee graciously held the acting veteran’s hand as he climbed out of a parked car and made his way on-board a smaller boat that took him to the vessel.

Helen Grace, who is De Niro’s youngest daughter, meanwhile wore a grey T-shirt and pink skirt.

IJE stands for the initials of Packer’s three children: Indigo, Jackson, and Emmanuelle.

The lavish yacht has a crew of 29 and boasts an outdoor bar, a gym, a beauty salon, a helipad, a cinema, a fire pit, a swimming pool and a dance floor. 

It has a maximum speed of 18.5knots and was lauded as the ‘flagship’ for Benetti following the launch in 2018 and its delivery in 2019.
