She has fuelled engagement rumours with her new beau James Stunt, after she was spotted wearing a huge sapphire ring on her engagement finger recently.
And Samantha Rowley, 24, has now spoken about her fresh romance with the billionaire gold dealer, 35, for the first time in a candid interview with The Mirror – where she defends him in light of his nasty divorce from Petra Ecclestone.
As well as blasting claims she’s a ‘gold digger’, the one time Hollyoaks actress gushingly detailed Stunt’s ‘kind-natured persona’ and confessed that she was drawn to his ‘big heart.’
‘He has a big heart’; Samantha Rowley, 24, has spoken about her new romance with James Stunt 35, for the first time in a candid interview – where she defends him in light of his nasty divorce from Petra Ecclestone
Samantha revealed: ‘James has a big bank account. But he also has a big personality and a big heart. He has sharp and very eccentric mind. Wealth is a blessing and a curse. It’s hard to get the balance right and be truly happy.
The blonde bombshell also praised his ‘what you see is what you get demeanour’, confessing: ‘He’s been painted as the baddie but he’s a kind-natured person going through the same emotional upheaval anybody else with children goes through when divorcing.’
Samantha, who is mother of a five-year-old son, went on to slam reports she was using James for money: ‘I’m no gold digger. The term is derogatory to women and sadly often comes from other women.’
Stunt’s divorce to ex-wife Petra proved to be incredibly bitter and he also went as far as labelling her billionaire father Bernie Ecclestone an ‘evil dwarf’ and a ‘C-list celebrity’.

Having wed in a lavish, £12 million Italian ceremony in 2011, the couple enjoyed an extraordinarily extravagant life together, splashing out on a £100 million Chelsea mansion and a 123-room, £158 million home in LA.
But their marriage hit the rocks, sparking a bitter divorce battle last summer.
During a bad-tempered hearing, details of their marriage were laid bare, including hotly disputed allegations that Mr Stunt was abusive, violent and took overdoses.
The divorce proceedings were not short of controversy and Mr Stunt was even accused of making a ‘gun gesture’ to Petra’s father Bernie Ecclestone at one point.
While no details of the settlement were released, it was reported that James signed a £16 million prenuptial agreement, with Petra also awarded sole custody of the couple’s three children in January.
But it seems like James has found love yet again with Samantha and it was rently reported that he had gifted new love interest Samantha a huge sapphire ring, which she has been wearing on her engagement finger.
Sam was adamant when describing James’ traits: ‘He’s a kind-natured person going through the same emotional upheaval anybody else with children goes through when divorcing’
One-time soap actress Samantha is famous for a fleeting role in Channel 4’s Hollyoaks.
She played devious Clare Devine in 2005, but when the character returned to screens in 2006, she was curiously replaced by lookalike actress Gemma Bissix.
During her time in the limelight, Samantha was featured in the reality show Make Me A Supermodel on Five in March 2005, in which she came fourth.
Together with her best friend Laura – the daughter of celebrity chef Aldo Zilli – Samantha has been rivalling Petra with her socialite status, enjoying three nights out in as many days.
The Petra and Tamara lookalikes both bare a striking resemblance to the blonde and the brunette.
Former roommates Samantha and Laura, 32 – the affluent daughter of celebrity chef Aldo Zilli – previously starred in reality show 7 Days, documenting the lives of Notting Hill residents in 2010.

In 2012, Laura briefly put her modelling career on hold to follow in her father’s footsteps and front a TV show and book called High Class Cooker.
Aside from their glamorous good looks, the West London-based best friends seem to lead strangely similar lives to socialite sisters Petra and Tamara, counting private jets, lavish holidays and exclusive parties among their many plush pass-times.
James was last seen with the blonde in January, before they reunited for two consecutive nights out this weekend.
Meanwhile, since late last year Petra has been photographed with a new man, Sam Palmer, a vintage car dealer who is friends with 33-year-old Tamara’s husband Jay Rutland.
‘It’s very early-on dating,’ she told Mail On Sunday’s YOU magazine this weekend. ‘The whole thing is quite strange because my life didn’t pan out the way I expected it to. I thought I wasn’t the type who believed in divorce.

‘I go to church and I got married thinking I would be with that person for the rest of my life. But things happen for a reason and, whatever that reason is, I’ve now got my three kids.’
In her first interview since the divorce, Petra also spoke about being a single mother to their children.
‘Being a single mother is hard,’ she continued. ‘There’s no day off. You can’t take your eyes off them – it’s draining.
‘Things like going on holiday are tough. Last week we were in Dubai and I had a nanny, but it’s not the same. You’re not a family.’
