Contestants on Australian Survivor have to get by with meagre rations and whatever they can find on the island.
And one star of the show, Boost Juice Queen Janine Allis, has revealed the high amount of coconuts in their diets has some disgusting side-effects.
The 54-year-old tells Ten Daily: ‘I mean, look, coconut gives you diarrhoea if you eat too much of it!’

She added that everyone in the cast had the same issue, with some very bad habits forming.
Janine told the publication: ‘I think all of us dealt with that the whole time, and farting and burping.’
However she said the contestants coped rather well with the restricted diet and rations.
The 54-year-old tells Ten Daily : ‘I mean, look, coconut gives you diarrhoea if you eat too much of it! I think all of us dealt with that the whole time, and farting and burping’
‘I think everyone was in pretty good shape physically, other than fatigue, because you haven’t got the fuel in your body that you need,’ she said.
It comes after the Shark Tank star took a swipe at producers, who got the number of stores she has world wide completely wrong.

Her team were enjoying a fish and chip lunch when the fake newspapers were sent around the table, with Janine’s reading: ‘A Boost to the boardroom.’
