Jean Nassif’s estranged wife Nissy flaunts luxury holiday after Toplace collapse
The estranged wife of a fugitive property developer who went on the run when his firm collapsed owing $200million has jetted off overseas for a luxury holiday.
Nisserine ‘Nissy’ Nassif posed for photos in the lobby of the five-star Fullerton Hotel during her week-long stay in Singapore before letting her hair down at a 50th birthday party where she appeared on social media partying alongside a US reality TV show host.
Her husband Jean Nassif, 55, left Sydney for Dubai in December before his company Toplace collapsed. He is believed to be in Lebanon, though reportedly has visited Singapore, and NSW Police have issued a warrant for his arrest on fraud allegations.
Nissy posed in a white singlet top and shorts in the lobby of the Fullarton alongside the hotel’s bear mascots Robby and Lizzy and appeared at the birthday party in the same outfit alongside Kosher Soul host O’Neal McKnight.
In another picture the mother-of-three posed in a black outfit outside the famous hotel’s front steps.

Her posts also contained what appeared to be the latest cryptic digs at her husband since their split following Toplace being put into voluntary administration.
‘Blood ain’t thicker than peace of mind,’ she said, adding she cannot wait to ‘tell her side of the story’.
She also said ‘some people play the victims of their own (alleged) crimes’.
Nissy is understood to still be living in the waterfront Chiswick mansion, in Sydney’s inner-west, which she shared with her husband, though she has been spotted without her wedding ring and removed his last name from her social media.
It is understood the Toplace collapse could leave more than 20,000 homeowners with unfinished properties.
Detectives from the NSW Police organised crime squad issued an arrest warrant for Mr Nassif in June alleging he obtained a $150million loan from Westpac through fraudulent documents.
The loan was intended to fund three of five ‘Skyiew Towers’ buildings in his new residential development in Castle Hill.
Nissy said she cannot wait to ‘tell her side of the story’ as she attended a 5oth birthday party and was spotted celebrating alongisde reality TV host O’Neal McKnight
His daughter from a previous marriage, 29-year-old Ashlyn Nassif, was also accused of trying to obtain the loan with fake contracts.
She has been charged with dishonestly obtaining a financial advantage by deception and publishing false or misleading material.
But her lawyer has this week revealed he will be applying to have the charges dismissed after the matter appears to have stalled
‘The brief was served almost three months ago,’ Warwick Korn said.
‘On the next adjournment we will be applying to discharge if something doesn’t move along.’
Her case has been adjourned until November due to the ‘complexity of the matter’.
Mr Nassif claimed he was trying to return to Australia but only on the condition he could be offered bail so he could see his children.
‘I’m trying to come back but the police aren’t cooperating,’ Nassif said.
‘I love my children… I can’t sleep because I think of how I can get to see them.’
Mr Nassif and Nissy previously became social media sensations when in 2019 he gifted her a yellow Lamborghini for Valentine’s Day.

He uploaded a video of himself presenting the $480,000 gift to her with the comment ‘Congratulations Mrs Nassif… you like?’.
‘I like, I share,’ she replied and later posted a video showing off her new set of wheels.
It is understood the car has been sold as part of the company administration process.
