Jeana Keough had a face lift earlier this year so she could look 15 years younger.
The star, 62, made the reveal with a People video that showed her about to go into surgery.
And now her plastic surgeon Dr. TY Steven Ip has shared what the before and after images look like of the Real Housewives Of Orange County star.

In the pre-op photos she can be seen with more wrinkles on her neck and a little extra fat under her chin, though she overall looks very good.
She also has puffiness around her eyes as well as some crow’s feet and general lines under her eyes that are natural for a woman in her sixties.
Her jowls look a little full and wrinkly too.

The 62-year-old beauty – who left The Real Housewives Of Orange County in 2009 – underwent a facelift after losing 25lbs.
And she said she’s ready to hit the dating scene again.
‘My goal was to look 10-15 years younger – I want to look 15 years younger because I like guys that are 15 years younger.’

The star revealed the work she had done in a video clip for People.
Keough reveals she was definitely apprehensive.
‘I was nervous. I was worried about the downtime. I didn’t want to look like bloody, swollen Tales From the Crypt for a week.’

Her work was done by Dr Ip in Newport Beach. ‘As the doctor started marking my face and the reality of what I was doing started to hit me, I thought, am I just vain and stupid? Am I really doing this?’ she said.
It took her six weeks to recover.
Jeana said she was fine after she left RHOC eight years ago. She loved spending time with her family and working as a real estate agent.
But then her life changed.

‘I went through menopause, I had gained weight, I looked terrible and I didn’t date for years,’ she confessed.
She started working out again and lost 25lbs. But there was excess skin.
So she went under the knife.
And the former model loves the results. ‘I think I look great and that’s all the really matters.’

This is not her first time getting plastic surgery.
In February the star said she had her neck worked on.
‘I had a little turkey neck. It wasn’t much, but I felt like it was aging me,’ she told E!
Dr. Thomas Barnes in Newport Beach, California did the Neck-Shrink-Lift. ‘At least 20 of my friends have gone to see him,’ said the TV star.
The doctor explained how it is done. ‘I put numbing fluid under the chin and out to the sides of the face.
‘I wait about 15 minutes then I do a special liposculpture technique using a very small cannula. And then I sculpt.
‘After that, I remove just the right amount of fat, then use a laser to warm the skin and stimulate it to shrink and heal faster.’ It takes about 40 minutes.
‘I was a little bruised after. But not that much. Makeup covered it. Two weeks later, the effect was really dramatic,’ she added.
