Jeffrey Epstein sexually assaulted his rape victim, 18, while plainclothes deputies stood feet away

Sex offender: Katelyn Doe states in her complaint against Jeffrey Epstein’s estate and his various businesses that she was raped by the pedophile in 2007 (Epstein above)

Jeffrey Epstein sexually assaulted a teenager while he was under the watch of the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office according to a new lawsuit.

Katelyn Doe alleges that Epstein hired her as an employee of his Florida Science Foundation in March 2009 when she was just 18, with officials approving the decision to let a teenager work in the employ of a convicted sex offender who was still in prison.

The complaint states that Katelyn ‘believed she was flown to be legitimately employed by Defendant Florida Science, but learned once there that Jeffrey Epstein and those with whom he conspired to transport [Katelyn] knew that this fraudulent representation was made to cause [Katelyn] to engage in commercial sex acts with Jeffrey Epstein at his “work release” office.’

It goes on to claim that Katelyn was ‘made to engage in sexual encounters with Jeffrey Epstein — both alone with Epstein during which she engaged in sexual intercourse, and also on one occasion with another young female and Epstein.’

This all happened while a deputy working for the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s office stood just outside the office building.

It also happened less than a year after Epstein first raped the young woman she claims, after flying her down to his property on Little St James in the US Virgin Islands.

Katelyn is one of the three women who has filed a lawsuit against the estate of Jeffrey Epstein and the eight businesses linked to the deceased pedophile.

She would report to work and even sign in on a sheet provided by the Sheriff’s Office.

Then, the man who officers described as a ‘model prisoner’ who would allegedly force her to perform sex acts.

‘It is difficult to imagine a demonstration of wealth, power, and influence greater than that of Defendants JEGE, NES, HBRK, Florida Science, and Jeffrey Epstein, who in coordination caused Plaintiff to engage in a commercial sex act with Jeffrey Epstein at his “work release” office, while Jeffrey Epstein was serving his jail sentence,’ states the complaint.

‘Jeffrey Epstein, through his brazen and powerful organization was quite literally able to commit federal sex trafficking offenses at his work release office, during his jail sentence.’

She also suggests that Epstein’s sexual perversions motivated him to get a judge’s approval for travel to New York while on probation.

DailyMail.com revealed last month that Epstein was allowed to travel freely between New York and Palm Beach shortly after his release from prison.

‘In 2010, after having completed his “jail” sentence, and while Jeffrey Epstein was on house arrest in Florida, he was permitted to travel to New York while wearing his ankle monitoring device,’ states the complaint.

‘During one such trip, Plaintiff was made to engage in sexual intercourse with Jeffrey Epstein in exchange for financial compensation.’

In the filing, she states that Epstein had promised her he would pay for a necessary surgery, and she feared that her refusal to acquiesce to his demands might put that in jeopardy.

Katelyn also alleged that she had been raped just prior to this, while Epstein was in the process of ironing out his sweetheart deal.

‘While on the private Island of Little St. James, despite having knowledge of Plaintiff’s prohibition of intercourse, Jeffrey Epstein pressured, manipulated, intimidated and forced Plaintiff to engage in intercourse and lose her virginity to him, resulting in him retaining even greater control over Plaintiff,’ states the court filing.

Attorney Brad Edwards, whose firm is representing the Does, hinted at this all during a press conference last month.

‘He was not sitting there conducting some scientific research for the betterment of the community, but he was having office visitors, some who were flown to him from New York, and continuing to engage in similar conduct even while he was in quote, unquote jail,’ Edwards said of Epstein.
