Jenna Bush Hager fights tears as she pays tribute to her ‘Ganny’ Barbara Bush

Jenna Bush Hager fought tears on Saturday as she gave an emotional reading at her grandmother Barbara Bush’s funeral.

Hager, 36, read Proverbs 31: 25 which described what a Godly wife is, a description they said was fitting for their beloved ‘Ganny’.

‘She makes linen garments and sells them. She supplies the merchant with sashes.

‘Strength and dignity are her clothing and she laughs at the time to come. She opens her mouth with wisdom and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue.
