Jenna Bush Hager has promoted her upcoming children’s book in the sweetest way possible with the help of her two daughters.
To celebrate the first printing of ‘Sisters First,’ the 37-year-old Today host took to Instagram Stories on Wednesday to share a heartwarming video of Mila, six, and Poppy, four, reading it out loud to each other.
‘The finished copy of Sisters First came in the mail…and we are so in love!’ she captioned her series of posts, which included pictures of her daughters’ dramatic reading.
So sweet: Jenna Bush Hager, 37, took to Instagram Stories on Thursday to share a video of her daughters Mila, six, and Poppy, four, reading her new children’s book ‘Sisters First’ out loud
In the clip, the little girls are cuddled up next to each other on an ottoman in their room while Mila holds the book open on her lap.
Although they had just gotten the final copy, they seem to have the words memorized by heart.
Poppy isn’t even looking at the book as she and her big sister recite the words in unison.
‘With soft hands to hold and more hands to hug and gentle eyes that show deep love,’ they say as Poppy leans over to give Mila a hug.

Aww: The footage shows Poppy leaning over and hugging her big sister while they read their mother’s book together
Jenna and her twin sister Barbra Bush co-wrote the book, which shares the name of their 2017 memoir ‘Sisters First: Stories from Our Wild and Wonderful Life.’
The children’s version of their memoir tells the story of a little girl who receives her wish of a baby sister, something the girls can relate to in more ways than one.
Not only are they sisters like the characters in the book, but they just welcomed their baby brother Hal to the family last month — a new addition they were both incredibly excited about.
The cover of ‘Sisters First’ shows two girls in a hot air balloon, and the characters bear a striking resemblance to Jenna’s daughters.

Party of five: Jenna has been on maternity leave since she welcomed her baby boy last month
Like Mila, the older sister has long blonde hair that is pulled back with a bow, while the younger sibling has Poppy’s brown hair and bangs.
Mila and Poppy were likely the inspiration behind the book’s illustrations, but the characters also resemble Jenna and Barbara when they were children.
Jenna announced the book on Instagram in February, writing: ‘Barbara and I wrote a love letter to sisterhood, based on watching my girl’s love, our sisterhood, and all of our friends who have made our lives sweeter than we ever dreamed!’
It’s already shaping up to be an exciting month for the mom, who celebrated her daughters’ first day of school last week.

Exciting time: Jenna had her girls pose with flags marking their respective grades
Before they even got outside of their apartment, the proud mom had them pose with flags marking their respective grades. While Mila started first grade, Poppy headed to Junior Kindergarten.
The girls were both wearing navy jumpers over short-sleeve polo shirts — light blue for Mila and white for Poppy. As an added touch, they had on bows that matched their tops.
Jenna, who is on maternity leave after welcoming Hal, also posted a snapshot of herself and her husband Henry posing outside with their girls.
‘Back to school!!! 1st grade and JK here come the Hager sissys!’ she captioned the images, prompting Savannah to comment: ‘Go Hager girlies!’
