Jenna Ortega has been roasted by her mom after images of her smoking a cigarette went viral.
The 20-year-old star’s mom Natalie took to her Instagram Story on Wednesday to make some very thinly-veiled posts about the dangers of smoking.
Jenna’s lookalike mom – who was seen with her famous daughter at a soccer match back in February – works as a nurse and made sure to promote health to her followers as she posted over a dozen times.
One of the Instagram Stories featured a meme of Lord Of The Rings character Gollum with text which read: ‘Don’t believe those lies about cigarettes being bad for you.
‘I’ve been smoking for most my 21 years and I feel great!’

Next Natalie shared an image of yellow and rotted teeth clenching onto a cigarette with a description of ‘damaged teeth and gums.’
It read: ‘Yellow teeth are the most notorious effects of long-term smoking, but the dental damage doesn’t stop there.
‘People who smoke tend to develop gum disease, persistent bad breath, and other oral hygiene problems. Smokers are twice as likely to lose teeth as nonsmokers.’
Natalie later posted a message about duties as a mom which read: ‘A mother is always a mother.
‘She never stops worrying about her children, even when they are all grown up and have children of their own.’
Jenna has faced plenty of backlash on social media from fans after being seen smoking cigarettes and drinking wine while in London.
She is in the country to star alongside Winona Ryder who is reprising her role as Lydia Deetz in Beetlejuice 2 as well as Michael Keaton who will be back in the titular role.
Production for Beetlejuice 2 kicked off in London on May 10 and the cast and crew are already busy shooting scenes.

The first look at filming for comes after the release date for the hotly-anticipated sequel was revealed.
Last month, it was announced that the sequel to the Tim Burton 1988 horror will hit cinemas on September 6, 2024 – 36 years after the original.
While Winona and Michael will return to their iconic roles, Jenna will also newly join Beetlejuice 2 to co-star as Deetz’s daughter, Variety reported.
Justin Theroux will also star in a yet-to-be-revealed role.
