Jennifer Aniston reveals she needed THERAPY to deal with family members asking if she was pregnant

Jennifer Aniston has been a public figure for 30 years now thanks to the success of Friends and her movie career that includes Bruce Almighty and Marley & Me, as well as her Apple TV+ series The Morning Show with Reese Witherspoon.

And over the years the beauty, 52, has been plagued by rumours about marriage and babies that has been so intense even her very own family demands to know the truth.

That level of attention has caused the ex-wife of Brad Pitt and Justin Theroux to seek therapy, she told the new issue of People, which has been a tremendous help.

Smart cookie: Jennifer Aniston told People this week that the way she deals with constant rumours about her personal life is through therapy

‘Sometimes you can’t help family members or people sending stuff over going, “What is this? You’re having a baby? Are you getting married?”‘ said the actress who has never had children.

Certain publications over the past few decades have consistently claimed she is pregnant, sometimes even with twins.

‘It’s like, “Oh, good gosh, when and how many years will it take for you to ignore that silliness?”‘ the Murder Mystery star added of her family members.

The looker, who is the new face of Vital Proteins, has not been linked to anyone romantically since she split from Theroux though several magazines push she had a romantic reunion with Pitt after he split from Angelina Jolie, a rumour that seems to be unfounded.

The Pitt issue: Jen was married to Brad Pitt from 2000 to 2005, and has been linked to him in the past few years; seen in 2001

The Theroux connection: She was wed to Justin Theroux from 2015 until 2017, but she does not seem to have dated anyone since him; seen in 2016

Her ex files: Jen was married to Brad Pitt from 2000 to 2005, seen left in 2001, and has been linked to him in the past few years. And she was wed to Justin Theroux, right, from 2015 until 2017, but she does not seem to have dated anyone since him

But she has found a way to deal with the constant scrutiny over her personal life.

‘I’ve really gotten a lot out of therapy,’ said the daughter of soap opera actor John Aniston.

‘Just being a public person, there’s a lot of amazing things that come with that. But there’s also a lot of tough stuff, because we’re only human, and we tend to walk around with bulls-eyes on our heads,’ she noted.

She also said ‘self-awareness is key.’

And there are many simple things that give her peace, like taking in the sunset from her Bel-Air, California mega mansion.

‘It’s my favorite moment,’ said the cover girl.

‘I wish we could freeze time in that magic hour because there’s a lot of taking it all in, the appreciation of the day and what’s happening.’

And meditation works for her too.

‘For me, I meditate every day – and sitting quietly, writing,’ said the Friends vet.

‘That’s enough. And any kind of yoga practice is my meditation. I just have faith in a bigger picture, I guess. And I believe in humanity, even though there’s so much to discourage us from believing in it – but I do.’

Her dogs also bring her great joy.

She has a schnauzer mix Clyde, pit-bull mix Sophie and rescued Great Pyrenees mix named Lord Chesterfield.

And Hollywood’s A lister is content.

‘I’m in a really peaceful place. I have a job that I love, I have people in my life who are everything to me, and I have beautiful dogs. I’m just a very fortunate and blessed human being,’ said the Los Angeles native.

And she pointed out her positive attributes: ‘I have a good heart, and I’m a great friend. I lead with love.’
