‘Am I a what?’ Jennifer Aniston misheard interviewer Josie Gibson during a Zoom interview on Monday’s This Morning – believing she had called the Friends actress a hooker!

Jennifer misunderstood Josie’s accent and thought she said, ‘hooker’.

‘Am I a hooker?’ she asked, with Reese bursting into giggles at her pal’s gaffe.

Once a mortified Josie confirmed she actually said the word ‘hugger’, Jennifer jokingly asked for a translator and revealed: ‘Yes, I am a hugger.’

On working together, Reese said: ‘We have so much fun!’ Jennifer added: ‘So much fun, we go to work, we’re goofballs, we love what we do. They say, Action, we do our job, we love it, we laugh and cry.’

Discussing Josie’s accent, the former Big Brother winner taught the A Listers how to say, ‘Alright, my lover’ in a Bristolian accent – which they then mimicked.

The ladies went on to talk about what viewers can expect from season two of The Morning Show.

Reese explained: ‘More great characters, more conversation – there’s relationships we have that we didn’t have before, I think you’ll be surprised.’

She added: ‘We introduce three new characters and they really bring a lot to this new season.’

Jennifer revealed: ‘We start off right away, which is pretty much the aftermath of what you saw of Bradley and Alex live on camera, just letting it all fly.’

Josie then asked if the show will be covering more important issues along with the Me Too movement and Jennifer said: ‘We’ve incorporated Covid.

‘We’d just started shooting our first two episodes and then everything shut down, everybody had to go back to the drawing board and rethink how to incorporate that into the season. We cover a lot of grey areas.’

Josie was a hit with the ladies. ‘You just perked it all up!’ Jennifer exclaimed of their interviewer.

This Morning airs weekdays from 10am on ITV and ITV Hub.
