Jennifer Garner gets into the holiday spirit wearing a festive ensemble on the set of Family Leave

Jennifer Garner got into the holiday spirit while filming her upcoming film Family Leave in Los Angeles, California on Thursday.

While on set, tphe actress, 50, modeled a Christmas sweater and red plaid pajama bottoms as she arrived prepared to shoot scenes for her new movie, based on the book Bedtime for Mommy.

The 13 Going On 30 actress, who will star opposite Ed Helms, 48, in the body-swap comedy film, appeared in high spirits as she exited a luxury black SUV.

Currently, no official release date has been announced yet for the Netflix film. 

As she stepped in front of the cameras, the mother-of-three wore a slightly cropped Christmas tree-inspired green sweater over a red top.

On her feet, she sported a pair of chestnut brown fur-lined sheepskin boots.

Her shoulder-length brunette tresses were styled in loose waves with her curtain bangs swept to the side to frame her face. 

To fit the festive theme, she rocked a red manicure and accessorized with only a diamond ring on her ring finger. 

Production for the highly- anticipated film started at the end of December.

In the film, Garner and Helms will play two parents who are trying their best to keep their family connected as their children grow older, more independent, and more distant, according to the synopsis.

Then, the family of four meet an astrological reader that gives the family the chance to get closer.

However, the opportunity comes at the cost of causing the family to wake up to a full body switch – inconveniently on the morning of the most important day of each of their lives.
