She was seen driving him herself to a residential treatment facility in Malibu as she continues to support him and encourage his recovery.
Then last weekend, it was revealed that the couple have finally settled their divorce after announcing their separation three years ago.
The two came to an agreement on how to divide the property and earnings from their 12-year marriage, TMZ reported Saturday.
They also agreed to continue joint custody of their three children – samuel and his sisters Violet, 12, and Seraphina, 9.

She’s promoting it as a female driven action movie and she definitely packs a punch if the trailer is anything to go by.
The film is directed by French director Pierre Morel who made the action thrillers Taken, From Paris With Love and The Gunman.
Peppermint opens in theatres on September 7.
