Jennifer Garner is make-up free after kids have a Yes Day

When you put the kids in charge, anything can happen.

And for Jennifer Garner that meant a night sleeping in her backyard, under a canvas roof, after allowing her three children to plan the entire day’s schedule.

Posting to Instagram, Ben Affleck’s estranged spouse explained that she had decided to allow her kids a ‘Yes Day’ – when a parent indulges any of their child’s requests, as long as they are safe.

The concept – inspired by the children’s book by Amy Krouse Rosenthal – is meant to give youngster’s the power for one day a year, no matter how silly their plans.

Jennifer wrote of her Yes Day: ‘You’ll never need coffee more than the day after Yes Day!’

She tagged her post ‘five years running’ and added: ‘we slept in a tent in the backyard’.
