Jennifer and Jake previously revealed their plans to buy a home on the Central Coast to move closer to their family.

It comes after the pair received an offer on the oceanfront mansion they’re building on Sydney’s Northern Beaches earlier this year.

Jennifer and Jake received an offer of close to $30million, according to real estate website Domain.

The pair were granted approval to build on the site in April last year.

They were forced to amend plans for the mammoth renovation after their initial proposal was rejected due to objections from neighbours.

The three-storey Hamptons-style home features a stunning outdoor area with a large pool, according to the artist’s impressions.

They purchased the property in Sydney’s northern beaches for $6.95million in 2020.

The original property, which was once owned by Dame Joan Sutherland, featured a 1950s-style home.

The couple are replacing the tennis court with a half-size basketball court, and will also add a four-car garage.

The new home will feature an indoor elevator providing access to all three floors, plus five bedrooms, multiple living areas and a spacious kitchen.
