‘Jennifer Lopez and Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino apologize for any inconvenience this causes ticket holders.’

It was also noted that Ticketmaster and The AXIS Box Office would contact ticket holders and ‘issue refunds or exchanges for any other on-sale performance of “JENNIFER LOPEZ: ALL I HAVE” from February 21 through June 9, 2018.’

It was added that ticket buyers could ‘exchange or return tickets bought at a retail location to the same location.’

This comes after Lopez worked hard to secure donations for the hurricane victims in Puerto Rico.

The Ni Tu Ni Yo singer donated $1m of her own money toward the cause.
