Jennifer Lopez’s newly released film This Is Me… Now has received a high rating on Rotten Tomatoes, as well as a positive fan reaction.
The 54-year-old star’s self-financed project was given 81% on the tomatometer and a 91% fan reaction upon its release on Friday.
DailyMail.com obtained an exclusive scene from the hour-long movie, which shows the performer dancing and donning a brown trench coat in a nod to Singin’ In the Rain.
The clip includes a cameo from Lopez’s longtime friend and collaborator Fat Joe, who is just one of many stars to make an appearance in the project.
The undertaking, which cost $16M to bring to life, was inspired by Jennifer’s rekindled romance with husband Ben Affleck.

The awaited movie was released on Amazon Prime Video on Friday, February 16.
The movie is part of a three-way project about her famous search for love and how she ultimately found it with her husband.
Another part of the endeavor includes an album of the same name, which is a follow-up to her 2003 album This Is Me… Then, also a tribute to Affleck.
There is also documentary chronicling the making of the film and record, The Greatest Love Story Never Told.
The pair ended their engagement a year after the release of This Is Me… Then, but got back together almost two decades later and married in 2022.
JLo posted a first-look teaser clip back in November, revealing visuals from the novel album.
The clip started off with a voiceover of the star stating, ‘When I was a little girl, when someone asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up, the answer was always: ‘In love.’
Then, across the screen, the phrases ‘Hear It. See It. Live It. Share It’ were typed in capital gold letters.

The footage also showed a hummingbird — which she has said is one of her favorite birds — outside of a window on a rainy night.
The opening shots gave way to quick cuts of pictures of the Selena star dancing at a wedding, in a factory, in the rain and in a Grecian setting.

Lopez and Affleck have blended their families since tying the knot.
