Jessica Hart has revealed her New Year’s resolution – albeit a few weeks into the year.
The former Victoria’s Secret model took to Instagram on Monday to share a video in which she is dancing in a very unusual fashion at Miami Beach, Florida.
The 33-year-old captioned the clip: ‘New year resolution for 2020; MOVE MORE’ adding the hashtags: #whackysundance #offtoagreatstart.

Jessica went on to show fans how she was getting more movement into her day in the odd video, which showed her shuffled across a public lawn.
Doing a number of jerky dance moves while a friend off camera giggled, Jess seemed very engaged in her ‘whacky sun dance’.
Dressed in tight black jeans, a white sweatshirt, letterman jacket and knee-high suede boots, she looked every inch the catwalk model.

She held her jacket on as she danced comically, and wore a crossbody bag underneath.
It comes after Jessica passed on her words of wisdom to those wanting to get into the cut-throat modelling industry, during an interview with The Daily Telegraph.
The blonde revealed that it was her mum who gave her the most invaluable piece of advice, which she’s carried with her throughout her incredible career.
