And the 34-year-old actress looked relaxed and refreshed on Sunday as she went swimming at a rock beach in Gordons Bay, Sydney.
The mother-of-one flaunted her slender physique in a mismatched bikini as she enjoyed a moment of solitude.

After her swim, Jessica made her way across the rocky shoreline to meet up with a group of friends.
She hugged a mystery man then strolled over to join the others sitting on the rocks.
After catching up with her pals, Jessica stood up and wrapped a striped beach towel around herself.

Jessica announced in September 2018 that she would be stepping away from acting to focus on her mental health.
Her manager said at the time: ‘Jessica has decided to step away from acting for the remainder of [the year] to focus on her health and spend time with her family.’

Jessica was unable to attend the Logies in July 2018 because she was receiving treatment for ‘urgent’ issues at a mental health facility in Bronte.
She is making a career comeback next year on Amazon Original series Back to the Rafters, which is a reboot of the Channel Seven sitcom Packed to the Rafters.
She played Rachel Rafter for 75 episodes between 2008 and 2013.
