Angry customers took to Jetstar’s Facebook page to vent their anger and demand answers for the mishap.

‘But how do you stuff up two whole flights worth of baggage?? That’s just crazy and unacceptable’, a comment read.

One customer gave an in-depth breakdown of events as she found out she wouldn’t be getting her luggage and was far from impressed.

‘THANK YOU SO MUCH ‘JUNKSTAR’ for making the biggest and most questionable mistake by sending all of Darwins passengers luggage from Bali to Cairns, meaning that everyone in Cairns has also ended up with our luggage when returning from Bali’, the irate passenger wrote.

‘After waiting for about 25 minutes and noticing that the flight number on the tags was incorrect, we were told that someone from Jetstar would be down to talk to us to  explain the matter.

‘This didn’t happen and an entire plane full of people were redirected to the service desk where we had to fill out a form where we will “hopefully receive our luggage or at least some form of information in the next two days.”‘
