Jewel was seen smiling as she wowed and turned heads while wearing a colorful, striped ensemble in New York City on Monday.

The 48-year-old singer dressed up to the nines for an appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers, where she also performed a song from her newest album, Freewheelin’ Woman.

The blonde beauty has been on the go due to being on tour and headlining with the band, Train.

Her pantsuit combo was definitely hard to miss. It had vibrant colors of red, blue, yellow, and white. 

The Foolish Games singer donned a red bustier, corset top with a revealing low cut.

 The top tied at the front and showed off her slim waist. She added a decorative tie to go with the flashy outfit. 

To accessorize the entire look, the crooner wore a black and donned a pair of black platform shoes.

Jewel carried her tiny dog, Sir Hep Hep, by her side. The singer had her blonde hair down, and the long locks fell down past her shoulders. 

In an interview with Huff Post, the singer discussed hairstyles and how hats are one of her go-to items. 

‘I hate doing my hair. I’ve gotten very good at my makeup but I’m not good at doing my hair so I tend to go with hats for my hairdos,’ the star stated.  

Her eye makeup was vivid and dramatic, with thick long eyeliner with a tint of blue. She wore light colored blush on her cheeks and neutral toned lipstick, making her eyes the main focus of attention.

Jewel was so in love with her look from her performance, especially the makeup, that she shared a funny video on her Instagram on Monday. 

In the video that she uploaded for her fans and followers, the singer can be seen talking in a breathy, high-pitched voice. 

‘Oh, I’m sorry. My makeup is too good to wash my face,’ she stated to the camera, showing off her humor. ‘Sorry pillowcase, you’re going to get a little bit dirty.’

Jewel gave a talented and special performance of her new song, Alibis, on the Late Night With Seth Meyers stage, according to Rolling Stone. 

The song is from her latest album which was released earlier this year in April. 

The singer also gave a little gift to fans by performing one of her older hits, Intuition. 

She is currently on the AM Gold Tour with Train, and the tour is set to go all the way through August.

AM Gold is Train’s latest album which was released last month in May, and Jewel collaborated on one of the song’s in the album titled, Turn The Radio Up. 

In an interview with USA Today, the lead singer of Train, Pat Monahan, only had good things to say about Jewel. 

‘She’s always been one of the few simple people out there,’ he said. ‘She doesn’t make things complicated. It’s a grown-up attitude, and it’s hard to find in entertainment.’
