A man has shared the withering response he gave to a date who cancelled on him three times.
Lee Peart, a Manchester-based comedian and actor, said he was supposed to go on a date with someone on three separate occasions, but the other man cancelled every time.
The stand up has now went viral with his witty retort in which he dubbed the no show a ‘Flake,’ illustrated with a photo of the popular Cadbury’s chocolate bar.

He wrote: ‘A guy who I was meant to go on a date with has now cancelled on me three times.
‘I just sent him a message saying “I swear I just saw you in a corner shop in Notting Hill” and sent him this and he blocked me.’
The tweet, shared on Saturday, has garnered nearly 90k likes and has over four thousand retweets.

Lee has also received an outpouring of support, with many replies stating that it was the other man’s loss to not date the comedian.
One response read: ‘You deserve better , your deserve a gentleman who treats you with dignity and respect, it’s his loss to ruin his chances with you , always remember how awesome you are [sic].’
Another person added: ‘Better off without the ‘flake,’ anyways you deserve better than that, especially if you’ve been mugged off 3 times by this guy – hope you find that special someone.’

Another added that after the first cancellation they would lose interest. They said: ‘I don’t want to be with someone who is either poorly organised, or can’t be bothered to make the effort.’
