Jimmy Fallon finds out just how hard it is to get in shape, thanks to John Cena and several athlete cameos in Michelob Ultra’s new Super Bowl commercial.
The 60-second ad begins with the 45 year old Tonight Show host trying to work out with the 42 year old actor and WWE Superstar, though it’s not going so well.
While trying to do some kettle bell squats, Fallon accidentally chucks his kettle bell through a glass wall, as Cena tells Fallon, ‘We should go.’

A good-natured Cena counters by saying, ‘Come on, man, you just gotta see the lighter side of things.
With that, Fallon gazes into his Michelob Ultra beer label when suddenly we see Fallon running around a track, drenched in sweat, stating, ‘This is it, this is how I die.’

Lighter side: A good-natured Cena counters by saying, ‘Come on, man, you just gotta see the lighter side of things

As he picks up the pace, he runs past sprinter Usain Bolt, literally the fastest man alive, as Jimmy flashes his iconic lightning bolt pose as Bolt says, ‘Still got it, Jimmy!’
Then Fallon is seen teeing up a ball on the golf course, as he takes aim at three large duck targets atop golf carts, as he and pro golfer Brooks Koepka hit their targets.

The ad, dubbed ‘Jimmy Works It Out,’ is part of Michelob Ultra’s ‘Do It For the Cheers’ campaign, described as a ‘a fully-integrated campaign celebrating the important role enjoyment plays in active consumers’ day-to-day lives.
The campaign will come to life throughout 2020 as the brand continues to create new ways to bring fun to wellness, one of which will be signing 2,600 consumers to official Team ULTRA endorsement deals – just like the pros.
