While Woody was dressed to impress in a midnight blue suit, Joaquin kept it casual in sweats and jeans.
The A-lister rocked a black zip-up sweatshirt, dark blue jeans, and Converse sneakers.
The comfortably dressed actor couldn’t have looked any happier as he grinned from ear-to-ear on the red carpet.
The upcoming black-and-white drama sees Joaquin play radio journalist Johnny who takes his eight-year-old nephew Jesse (Woody Norman) on a road trip.

The film is written and directed by Mike Mills, who was also present for the screening.
‘I get to compliment Joaquin, which he hates, this is rad,’ Mike said of the actor at the New York Film Festival.
‘To me, Joaquin did so much more than be this character. I feel like I made this whole film with this person and I couldn’t have done it without him. He is my great friend and comrade. His support, faith, and excitement made it happen. So thank you, sweetie.’
