Teresa Giudice’s husband Joe has surfaced in the first clear photo of him that went public since he began his jail sentence in March 2016.

His 18-year-old daughter Gia posted a grab of their FaceTime conversation to her Insta Stories on Saturday, showing him beaming in what appeared to be a car.

The dashing 47-year-old looked fit and trim as he emerged from ICE custody on Friday and boarded a flight to Rome ahead of a final decision on whether he should be deported to his native Italy.

The Giuce is loose: Teresa Giudice’s husband Joe has surfaced in the first photo of him that went since he began his jail sentence in March 2016

James T. Leonard, the Giudices’ lawyer, told People in a statement on Friday: ‘He is en route to Italy right now. He spoke to Teresa and Gia from the plane and he is extremely happy to be released, more than words can describe.’

The same day, Gia uploaded a throwback snap with her father to Instagram and wrote: ‘facetime you soon daddy’.

The day he entered Fort Dix Federal Prison in 2016, Teresa shared an Instagram snap of one of their last dinners together before his incarceration.

In November 2017, Radar Online released blurry photos purporting to be of Joe in prison, but his face was not distinct in them.

Joe got the green light from a pair of judges a week prior to relocate to Italy as per his earlier petition, according to Us Weekly.

James argued in September that this move would allow Joe to begin earning a living for his family again, People reported.

Joe was born in Saronno, Lombardy and has been in America since childhood but neglected to ever obtain U.S. citizenship, leaving him vulnerable to deportation after he and Teresa were convicted of various counts of fraud in 2014.

Both Joe and Teresa spent time in jail, serving back-to-back sentences so that one parent at a time could be home with the children.

The reality TV star couple have been married since 1999 and have four daughters – Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 14, and Audriana, 10.

After his 36-month prison stint, Joe was transferred straight to the Clinton County Correctional Center in Pennsylvania and into the hands of ICE this March.

Joe’s deportation was court ordered last October and his multiple appeal requests have so far fallen on deaf ears.

Excitement: This Friday, after his release, his 18-year-old daughter Gia uploaded a throwback snap with her father to Instagram and wrote: 'facetime you soon daddy'
