Sharing a selection of his healthy meals and snacks on Instagram, the star explained: ‘I’m on the road this week travelling around the U.K visiting schools and I thought I’d share with you what I eat.’

‘I do really find it so much harder eating healthier on the go and usually just have a massive blow out & eat snacks all week but I made a decision that this week I would do things differently and try to make some healthy food choices.’

‘I’m determined to come home Saturday leaner and more energised. Each day I’ll share exactly what I eat and leave nothing out so you can get an idea of what I eat when I’m trying to drop some body fat Hope you find it helpful.’

Last month Joe revealed he hasn’t been following his own advice after relaxing his diet and fitness regime.

The influencer, 36, took to Instagram to show off his recent weight gain, admitting he’d been gorging on cakes and biscuits ‘every day’.

Posing for a mirror selfie, Joe displayed his fuller figure, noting: ‘I’ve been eating chocolate cakes and biscuits every day, three bacon sandwiches for breakfast, hash browns and beans.

‘It’s not very good when I’m the Body Coach, is it?’ He did not specify how much weight he had gained in the post.

Joe’s daily fitness YouTube sessions during the first lockdown earned him an MBE and saw him raise £580,000 for the NHS.

The PE lessons eventually came to an end on July 22nd of 2020, but he has continued to stay in the spotlight.

Joe’s latest cookbook currently at the top of the non-fiction chart and his earnings last year thought to be around £115,000 per week – in line with a Premiership footballer.

During his rise to stardom, Joe met his now wife Rosie Jones, 31, who began her career at the age of 17 and worked as a glamour model.

The couple announced their engagement in November 2018 and tied the knot 18 months later in a woodland ceremony.

They are parents to daughter Indigo, three, and son Marley, two, and await the birth of their third child this summer.

Joe recently spent filmed BBC show Joe Wicks: Mental Health, My Family and Me with filmmaker Louis Theroux, 51, which is expected to air later this year.
