‘No matter what your goal or your fitness or dietary need I believe you can speak out to so much and have done. My story is not your typical one as I know you have read before.
‘I never needed to loose weight. However I want to show you how far I’ve come and how much you have inspired me and in turn I have made the most amazing friends in just one year!
‘A year ago I made myself sick after almost every meal I was lost & only months prior to lock down tried to end it. I would have left 3 small children!
‘Then I tried your work outs followed you on social media and actually wow the difference you have made to my life is unreal it’s actually immense.

‘Like I said you always get the losing weight photos but I want to show you something different I want to show how you have changed the mindset of a bulimic anorexic obsessed mummy & created a positive woman who now wants to share her story.’
Tamsyn told how a ‘heart breaking point’ came when she was able to sit down and eat with her children, something that is ‘scary’ for someone with an eating disorder.

It comes after Big Brother star Nikki Grahame recently passed away aged 38 following her lifelong battle with anorexia.
Nikki, from Northwood in London, had struggled with anorexia since she was a child.
The reality star spent three weeks in Dorset County Hospital in Dorchester before she left on April 9. Her body was discovered the next day in her London home.
Earlier this week, Nikki’s friends reactivated her fundraiser to help her heartbroken family pay for her funeral and help others with eating disorders.
The fundraiser was initially set up a month ago by Nikki’s friends and raised £65,000 for the Big Brother star to have specialist treatment for her eating disorder.
