They’ve lost their crowns! Jonesy & Amanda is now Sydney’s #1 FM breakfast show after beating reigning morning radio duo Kyle & Jackie O
The latest ratings result show that WSFM’s Jonesy and Amanda breakfast program has sensationally topped long-reigning FM breakfast champions the Kyle and Jackie O Show.
WSFM breakfast with Brendan ‘Jonesy’ Jones and Amanda Keller achieved an 0.7 point boost to a 10.3 per cent share of breakfast radio, while KIIS FM’s Kyle and Jackie O fell 1.7 percentage points to a 9.3 per cent share of breakfast listening.
Survey #5 for 2018 was conducted by GfK for Commercial Radio Australia between Sunday July 15 and Saturday August 18.

As reported by Mumbrella on Tuesday, today’s results make Jones and Keller Sydney’s highest rating FM breakfast show, beaten only by 2GB’s Alan Jones on the AM bandwidth.
Jones topped the breakfast share this survey with 16.9 per cent.
It’s not the first time however that Jonesy and Amanda have given King Kyle and Jackie O a run for their money in the ratings.
In early October 2017, Jonesy and Amanda came in at equal first position with their KIIS FM rivals.
Both WSFM and Kiis FM are owned by ARN, however, so these latest ratings results are unlikely to rattle ARN, but it remains to be seen how Kyle and Jackie O take the news.
