Jordan entered the property market in May last year, buying an apartment in the idyllic beachside Sydney suburb of Bondi for $1.3 million.

The Daily Telegraph reported at the time that his purchase came off the back of brother Zac buying a two-bedroom apartment in Manly in 2015 for $965,000.

Speaking to the publication at the time of his brother’s purchase, Jordan said that he had very specific requirements when choosing his first digs.

‘I need to find something that’s got everything I need — beach, cafes, gym, a running track. I’ve gotta be near (younger brother) Louis so we can train,’ he said.

Jordan told BW Magazine in December last year that his and Zac’s parents always insisted on preserving their individuality growing up, dressing them in different clothes and housing them in separate bedrooms.

‘At the end of the day we are individual people and we have loads of things that we do differently, even little things like the fact Zac is left-handed and I’m right-handed,’ Jordan said.
