Josh Reynolds’ year from hell continues as the NRL star ‘FAILS a 1.30am roadside drug test’ – after dramatic split from ‘cancer faker’ girlfriend
- NRL star Josh Reynolds allegedly failed a police roadside drug test
The NRL carer of Josh Reynolds is in turmoil once again after he allegedly failed a roadside drug test.
The Wests Tigers playmaker was allegedly caught behind the wheel driving without a valid licence when police pulled over a Mercedes in Caringbah in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire at 1.30am on Monday.
Police allege Reynolds, 31, then failed a random roadside drug test.
NSW Police confirmed to Daily Mail Australia the male driver was taken to Sutherland Police Station for a secondary oral fluid test, which was sent away for analysis.

Reynolds was also issued with an infringement notice for driving with an expired licence.
No charges have yet been laid.
It’s understood one test came back positive while another returned a negative result, the Daily Telegraph reported.
The NRL’s Integrity Unit has been notified.
‘The Wests Tigers advised the NRL Integrity Unit of the matter. The Integrity Unit are working with the club and NSW Police to determine the full details,’ a NRL spokesperson said.
The latest off-field saga comes after a messy and well-publicised split with with ex-girlfriend, lingerie model Arabella Del Busso who allegedly faked several pregnancies while with Reynolds.
Reynolds’ lawyers alleged Del Busso only filed her domestic violence complaint hours after he sent her a text message claiming he knew about her ‘faked pregnancies’
The relationship ended in a heated argument, which was filmed and leaked to the media four months later.
Reynolds spent a night in jail and was charged over the confrontation before he was eventually acquitted of domestic violence allegations.
The charges results in Reynolds being stood under the NRL’s ‘no fault’ stand-down policy before he was cleared when he was acquitted of the allegations.
Reynolds claimed Ms Del Busso took advantage of him in their relationship, which culminated in him spending a night in jail with his career on the line
Reynolds and his ex-girlfriend recently shared their sides of the saga to Channel Nine’s 60 Minutes.
Reynolds told the program he was ashamed of the video that went viral, but insists he would never be violent towards a woman.
‘I’d never lay a hand on a woman. Yeah I was angry, I looked so angry in that video. But lay a hand on a woman? No way,’ Reynolds said.
‘That was me at my absolute worst. That 28 seconds is something I’ll never be able to take back in my life.’
