Hospitality heavyweight Justin recently had his fortune surpass the $1billion mark, and appears to have chosen to splash some of his newfound wealth on the home for ex-partner Kate Fowler.
While the parents have been living amicably together in separate bedrooms within their $90million harbourside mansion in Vaucluse since their split in 2018, it was announced on Saturday that Justin has now purchased a property for Kate in a neighboring suburb.

The heritage-listed harbourfront home has previously been estimated to be worth ‘more than $60 million’.
First built back in the 1870s, the home has been in the Hemmes family for more than 40 years, having been bought by Justin’s late father John for a mere $500,000.
Daily Mail Australia has reached out to the former couple for comment.

‘At the beginning of 2018, Kate and I decided our friendship and respect for family life would become the focus of our relationship. We love our children dearly and for now continue to live together happily in our family home,’ Justin said at the time of their split.
Justin landed the oceanfront property in the Sydney suburb of Dover Heights after being pipped to a $6.5million mansion in Bellevue Hill in October.
The 45-year-old bought the home in his name only, but The Daily Telegraph reported the home was purchased for Kate and the couple’s two young children.
The property, which was sold to the Merivale mogul in December, was bought from investment guru Neil Smoli.
Neil, who founded property investment firm Aviate Group, transformed the previously run-down plot in 2015 after paying $2.4million for it three years earlier.
Neil’s wife’s father Dennis Rabinowitz masterminded the new construction, which sits in 550sqm of landscaped gardens.
