Model Kaia Gerber has been one of Paris Fashion Week’s breakout stars by owning the runway for Stella McCartney, Saint Laurent and Valentino.
And on Monday, the 17-year-old beauty was named the new YSL Beauté makeup ambassador after the brand has previously worked with prominent faces including Zoe Kravitz, Adam Levine and Halsey.
‘To be the new face of YSL Beauté is an opportunity to write a new story full of fun, color and makeup,’ Kaia said in a statement.

She continued: ‘I love the DNA of a brand that is so subversive, while being so luxurious and cool.’
Just last week, the model showed her love for YSL by closing out the first part of its fashion show underneath the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
In an Instagram caption about the event, Kaia wrote: ‘Closing part one of Saint Laurent last night…you guys never fail to bring tears to my eyes.
‘I will always remember walking on water under the Eiffel Tower. my forever family @ysl thank you for creating magic!’
To celebrate the announcement of being the new face for the brand, Kaia posted an Instagram of her campaign picture where she looks alluring with a dark smokey eye and nude lip while wearing a dark navy blazer.
‘So happy to join the @yslbeauty family,’ she wrote, marking the beginning of her relationship with the beauty side of the designer company.

This year has been a year for the books for Cindy Crawford’s daughter as she has also graced the covers of Vogue Italia and Vogue Paris twice.
She snagged these magazine covers after making her debut on the runway during New York Fashion Week in fall 2017.

In January, Kaia will be the face of Rouge Volupté Shine moisturizing lipstick ($38) as well as Touche Éclat strobing highlighter ($38) and Mascara Volume Effet Faux Cils ($32).
She has previously worked with Marc Jacob’s Beauty as well as starring in a number of print campaigns with Fendi, Valentino, Prada, Versace and Tom Ford.
