With a supermodel mother like Cindy Crawford, there was never any question that 16-year-old Kaia Gerber was set to make waves in the fashion industry.
But the teenager more than cemented her status as the model-of-the-moment at New York Fahsion Week when she took to the runway for her fourth show of the season, strutting her stuff at Coach’s star-studded Spring/Summer 18 show.
Taking to the catwalk in front of an A-list front row crowd that included the likes of Selena Gomez, Emma Roberts, and Vogue Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour, Kaia looked like the ultimate ‘cool girl’, wearing a sequinned skirt silk varsity-style jacket and burgundy leather biker jacket.

Work! On Tuesday, she took to the Coach catwalk in a mid-length sequin-covered skirt, a silk varsity-style jacket, and a leather biker jacket
The midi-length dress had a silky slip detail peeking out from the bottom, finishing just above Kaia’s ankles, which were clad in a sparkly pair of chunky booties that almost blended into the glittering silver runway beneath her feet.
Several chunky bracelets and an embellished red handbag finished off her layered look with aplomb.
Beauty-wise, Kaia’s hair was pulled back in a half-up style, with her wavy brunette hair perfectly framing her face, accentuating her oh-so natural make-up, which consisted of a subtle contour, defined brow and pale pink lip.
The teen kept a perfectly straight face as she made her way down the catwalk, looking perfectly poised and confident throughout her appearance; despite this being Kaia’s first New York Fashion Week, she has actually shown no nerves whatsoever, looking every inch the veteran in each of her four shows.
Kaia’s fashion week debut came last week when she walked in Calvin Klein’s show, a major moment for the teen, whose mother Cindy first modeled for the same brand back in the ’90s.

The teenager modeled a pair of yellow silk trousers, along with a cowboy-style black and white shirt over a blue turtle neck in the show, looking like the spitting image of her 51-year-old mother.
And it was onwards and upwards from there for the star, who was next given the honor of opening Alexander Wang’s show, a boundary-breaking event that saw models bused out to Brooklyn, where they shut down an entire street, transforming it into a catwalk.
On this occasion, Kaia set the tone for the entire show, confidently striding down the steps of the bus and along the paved street, while wearing a figure-flattering white slip dress.
Kaia’s third appearance came in the form of Rihanna’s high-speed, adrenaline-filled Fenty x Puma show, which saw motorbike riders performing tricks and flips over the cotton candy-pink hills which the models – including Kaia – were walking around.
For this show, the teenager’s look was somewhat more space age-inspired, as opposed to the mode elegant couture ensembles she had previously showcased.

Wearing a pair of sporty shades, Kaia masterfully navigated her way around the circular catwalk in a bright blue skin-tight crop top and matching form-fitting shorts, with a pair of bright white leather boots completing the daring ensemble.
And it isn’t just fashion shows that have been occupying much of Kaia’s time over the past few days – she has also made sure to show her face at plenty of parties, attending the star-studded soirees both with her brother, and fellow model, Preseley, and with her parents Cindy and Randy Gerber.
But it seems that the bright lights of New York Fashion Week have taken something of a toll on the teenager, who was pictured looking very tired while strolling around the city on Monday, after partying late into the night at the Fenty x Puma post-show shin dig.
Wearing a pair of denim shorts, a black cropped T-shirt and a black leather jacket, Kaia was seen wandering around the city with a friend, looking very tired after her late night on the town.
Not one to miss out on a fashion week event, however, she was soon back in action and ready to attend Paper Magazine’s Beautiful People party alongside her brother Presley, before waking up bright and early on Tuesday morning in order to model for Coach.

And Kaia wasn’t the only fashion star to hit the runway for the brand; model Winnie Harlow, who has a skin condition known as vitiligo, also appeared in the show, wearing a demure dress design, which was paired with some chunky black ankle boots.
The patterned chiffon frock featured a sparkly lace layer which peeked through as Winnie walked, and added a bit of glitz and glamour to her elegant look.
Her dress also featured some beaded embellishments on the collar, as well as a cute star-shaped pin on the lapel of the design.
Like Kaia, Winnie also appeared on the runway carrying a handbag, however hers was a boxy grey tote with leather and chain straps.
It is not the first time that the two models have come together during this season’s fashion week; Winnie was also in attendance at the same Fenty x Puma after party as Kaia on Sunday night.
