Karl Stefanovic and Jasmine Yarbrough have been at the centre of engagement rumours, since their first red carpet appearance together last October.
And the speculation has not quietened down, with a ‘source’ alleging to The Daily Telegraph’s Confidential this week, that the Today show co-host had proposed on vacation.
However a representative for the 43-year-old was quick to silence the claims, telling the publication on Friday: ‘It is not true.’

Rumours of an engagement began in October last year, when Woman’s Day made the shock claims that Karl had proposed to the blonde beauty.
The magazine alleged at the time that the reason Karl was absent from his former co-host Lisa Wilkinson’s second wedding, was because he whisked ‘Jasmine off to Paris in order to pop the question.’
Woman’s Day went on to claim that the high-profile couple had been ‘doing their best to keep the news quiet’ and had been planning on starting a family.

A ‘source’ supposedly told the publication at the time: ‘He’s aware Jasmine wants a family of her own and is ready to give her what she wants, despite swearing he was done with kids after his third, River, ten years ago.’
Karl split from his wife of 21 years, journalist Cassandra Thorburn, 46, in September 2016.
The former couple share three children together, daughter Ava, and sons Jackson and River.

Karl was spotted canoodling with Jasmine in February last year, after the two met on a Sydney boat party in the December prior.
They maintained a long-distance relationship until October last year, when Jasmine announced her return to Australia.
That same month, Karl gushed over his younger flame, telling The Daily Telegraph: ‘There is a lot of love in my life. She’s a very strong and passionate person.’
Speaking highly of his shoe designer partner, Karl continued: ‘She has her own world, her own business and her own direction. And I am happy to support her in any way I can.’
