The embattled Nine star didn’t appear to be in the same high spirits as he was earlier in the week, when he was seen laughing and cuddling girlfriend Jasmine Yarbrough.
Making his way down the tree-lined street, he reached into his blazer pocket to check something on his phone.

Speaking to Woman’s Day, the 46-year-old revealed she ‘was in a very dark place’ when the relationship fell apart last year.
‘The children still have a father but I don’t have a husband. He really is dead to me and no, we won’t ever be friends again,’ she said.
Following their breakup, Cassandra said she was left in shock, falling in a ‘heap’ when the couple’s children, Jackson, 18, Ava, 12, and River, 10, would go to school.
‘I was completely gazumped when I realised Karl had gone.’
