Karl Stefanovic is celebrating New Year’s Eve in Noosa, Queensland, with his family and pregnant wife, Jasmine Yarbrough.
And on Tuesday, the 45-year-old Today host was seen stocking up on junk food and toilet paper at the local supermarket.
Karl filled his trolley to the brim with boxes of Arnott’s Shapes and bags of CC’s corn chips in various flavours.

For something more filling, the journalist opted for several Old El Paso taco kits, complete with several spice packs for extra flavour.
He also bought boxes of crackers, several cups of dip and cheese.
To quench his thirst, he picked up slabs of Solo lemonade and Coca-Cola, espresso coffee pods, as well as Bundaberg Rum and Queensland’s famous XXXX Gold beer.

While Karl’s trolley was mostly stuffed with junk food, there were also some healthier options, including S.Pellegrino sparkling water and almond milk.
It’s likely the sparkling water was for his wife, Jasmine, and sister-in-law Sylvia Jeffreys, who won’t be drinking on New Year’s Eve because they’re both pregnant.
Karl also picked up a lone mango and tomato, which were unfortunately crushed at the bottom of the trolley beneath the mountain of salty snacks.

Karl and Jasmine’s trip to Noosa coincided with him confirming their pregnancy news following weeks of rumours.
After Daily Mail Australia published another set of photos of him and Jasmine taken in Byron Bay on December 14, Karl re-posted one of the snaps on Instagram and joked about his recent weight gain.

He captioned the photo, ‘After a great deal of speculation… the rumours are true,’ before adding a baby emoji.
The post not only confirmed Jasmine’s pregnancy, but also showed that Karl doesn’t mind making a joke about his dad bod.
Jasmine is believed to be four months pregnant, according to Woman’s Day, and her due date is supposedly May 2020.

Karl is already a father to three children – Jackson, 19, River, 12, and Ava, 13 – from his previous marriage to journalist Cassandra Thorburn.
Karl married Jasmine in Los Cabos, Mexico, on December 8, 2018, and the couple recently celebrated their one-year anniversary.
At the time of his wedding, he was facing a barrage of negative press and was sacked as host of the Today show while on his honeymoon.
But in a dramatic reversal of fortune, he will return to Channel Nine’s breakfast program on January 6 alongside Allison Langdon.
