Karl Stefanovic’s wife Jasmine shares stunning photo of baby Harper with her teenage sister

Jasmine Stefanovic has shared a stunning photograph of daughter Harper, one, with her older sister, Willow, 16. 

The Mara & Mine shoe designer took to Instagram on Tuesday uploading an image of Harper patting a dog, while Willow gazed at the toddler adoringly.  

‘Loves her big sissy soooo much,’ Jasmine captioned the photo.

Father Karl was quick to leave a loving comment. 

‘The sound of the heart melting,’ he wrote under the photo.  

Karl shares three children with his ex-wife Cassandra Thorburn: River, 15, Willow, 16, and Jackson, 22. 

It comes amid rumours Karl and Jasmine are ready for another baby, according to Woman’s Day magazine in December last year.

‘They’re still in the honeymoon stage! Jasmine is obsessed [with having another baby] – it’s all she talks about,’ a source told the publication. 

‘Karl too, but not quite as much as Jas, because at the end of the day, Karl knows he’s not getting any younger,’ they added.

According to the source, Jasmine realised she wanted to have a second child sooner rather than later after taking Harper for a playdate with her cousins: Peter Stefanovic and Sylvia Jeffreys’ sons, Oscar, one, and Henry, eight months.

‘That’s the ‘ah-ha’ moment for Jasmine, when she knew it’s now or never to have their second baby – she is adamant the age gap is only a couple of years,’ they said.   

Karl recently confirmed he was open to having another baby with Jasmine during a segment on the Today show.

The presenter was sharing the news to viewers that his brother Peter had welcomed his second son, Henry, when entertainment reporter Rickard Wilkins asked Karl whether he was planning to give Harper a sibling.

‘Another little cousin for Harper. Does it put a bit of pressure on you?’ Richard asked. 

‘I’m always one for trying. I’m always one to give it a go,’ Karl cheekily replied.

Karl and Jasmine welcomed Harper on May 1, 2020. She was born at North Shore Private Hospital in Sydney.

‘I am in awe. Harper is absolutely perfect,’ Karl said in a statement at the time.

The Stefanovics married at the five-star One&Only Palmilla resort in Los Cabos, Mexico, in December 2018.
