Karrueche Tran proudly holds up her trophy as she emerges in red dress from China’s Huading Awards

Karrueche Tran was spotted this Thursday emerging triumphantly from China’s Huading Awards in Hollywood.

According to its website, the ceremony exists ‘to promote China’s thriving arts and cultural scene, spread Chinese culture, and help bridge the gap between the Chinese and global entertainment industries.’ 

The Chinese public is polled to determine the winners of the Huading Awards, which claims to take as many as 80 million votes into account.

At this year’s ceremony Karrueche, 34, was awarded Global Most Popular Actress in a TV Series for her longtime role on The Bay.

She left the awards show on Friday and proudly held up her trophy as she strutted her stuff through the parking lot.

Karrueche cut a festive figure in a blood-red party dress whose top half was cinched in to emphasize her enviably sculpted physique. 

Her skirts featured an extravagant set of mesh frills lining her slanted hem, which enabled her to flash a bit of leg as she pounded the pavement. 

The ex-girlfriend of Chris Brown accented the look with an eye-popping gold sash, matching her metallic purse, her gleaming earrings. 

Sharpening her screen siren features with naturalistic makeup, Karrueche, who naturally comes up to 5’1″, lent herself a bit of added stature in sky-high heels. 

Last year Karrueche found herself batting aside a swirl of rumors that she had become romantically involved with Quavo of Migos fame.

Fuel was thrown on the fire in March 2022 when Quavo and Karrueche were seen dining together at the fashionable West Hollywood nightspot The Nice Guy. 

Shortly thereafter Karrueche insisted to TMZ that she and Quavo are ‘friends,’ that she is ‘having fun and enjoying life’ and that ‘nothing is serious.’

Karrueche and Quavo were also linked in 2017, but the rumors were never confirmed and they both soon entered long-term relationships with other people.

Quavo embarked on a three-year romance with the rapper Saweetie, while Karrueche spent about the same amount of time with NFL heartthrob Victor Cruz.

Karrueche first shot to fame during her on-off romance with Chris Brown, whom she filed a domestic violence restraining order against in 2017.

Chris, whom Karrueche accused of threatening her as well as physically abusing her, was temporarily banned by the order from going within 100 yards of her. 

His dating history prior to Karrueche included Rihanna, whom he infamously beat to the point she had to be hospitalized in 2009.
