Indeed Kate, 40, remains on such good terms with her former sister-in-law that she asked Jemima, 48, to be godmother to her baby boy, she revealed on Instagram.
Kate and her entrepreneur boyfriend Paul Forkan welcomed Arthur in June 2021, two years after Kate and Ben’s teenage daughter Iris died in a tragic accident.

It comes a month after Kate joined ex-husband Ben to launch an environmental prize in honour of Iris, who died almost three years ago at the age of 15.
Kate and financier Mr Goldsmith, 51, unveiled The Iris Project, which will provide support and funding to young people tackling environmental issues
It has been established in memory of Iris, who had a ‘deep and lifelong connection with the natural world, a gentle way with animals, and a particular love for the sea’.
Schoolgirl Iris died in an accident on Mr Goldsmith’s farm in North Brewham, Somerset, on July 8, 2019. She was riding an all-terrain buggy, similar to a quad bike, around the family’s farm when it overturned.
