The 33-year-old actress was undeniably close with the 67-year-old at his David Foster Foundation 30th Anniversary Miracle Gala And Concert on Saturday.

She showed off her classic figure in a black dress with a plunging neckline revealing her ample cleavage.
Katharine’s flawless skin tone was ignited by the shimmering effects of the gold toned metallic fabric.

David is a single man following his divorce from his fourth wife, Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Hadid, was finalized in May.

Katharine was previously married to her manager Nick Cokas and they divorced in in February 2016.
