Katie Price faces being banned from driving again after refusing to name who was driving her car during a crash.

A court today heard how the former glamour model, 41, had been involved in a crash in her pink range rover in Bexley, south east London, in October – and has now been charged for withholding the name of the driver.

Now with six points on her license District Judge Robert Hunter, at Bromley Magistrates Court today said the star may be banned from the roads again.

In a statement written by Price and read to the court she said she had been working to get her life back on track after it spiralled out of control.

She said: ‘Back in October my mental health was seriously affected.

‘I sought help from a rehab centre for PTSD.

‘During this time I wasn’t in control of my work, property or mail or in general.

‘I am now in a clearer mindset and tackling my issues and getting back on my feet.

‘I wasn’t driving at the time. I plead guilty.’

Price had changed her plea from innocent to guilty before the hearing.

Prosecutor Trevor Green cleared up confusing over the star’s previous driving offences in the court, stating that today’s sentencing was for a new crash that took place in October.

The pink range rover was reported to have failed to stop following the previously unreported crash in October.

The charge comes just five months after Price was banned from driving for three months and fined £1,500 after being found slumped in a ‘very’ drunken state in the back of her vomit-covered pink Range Rover in February.

She was almost twice the legal limit after drinking four pornstar martinis when she was arrested in the early hours last October in Greenwich, South East London.

Despite this she brazenly vowed to buy a new car as she spoke outside Bexley Magistrates’ Court. ‘I was given a choice of having 10 points on my licence or to be disqualified for three months,’ she said.

Speaking about her last driving ban she previously said: ‘I chose to be disqualified for three months because it adds on to my disqualification that I’m already on, which means I get my driving licence back on the 24th of May which means I can go car shopping – let’s ban the pink car.’

She was said to have climbed into the back seat of her 4×4 to avoid being caught as the driver during the incident in February – but had bloodshot eyes, slurred speech and smelled of alcohol.

The mother-of-five allegedly repeatedly denied she had been driving and claimed the driver was her boyfriend Kris Boyson’s friend – and anyone was insured to drive her car if they were aged over 30.

During this court appearance the star did not name the driver during the October crash, instead just stating that she had not been driving.
