Katie Price made fans do a double take as she shared an ultrasound scan on Instagram on Thursday, prompting many to think she was making a pregnancy announcement.
The former glamour model, 43, has made no secret of wanting a baby with her fiancé Carl Woods, leading followers to believe she was revealing she was expecting.
Katie, however, was in the sentimental mood as she shared photos of scans from her pregnancy with Harvey, 19, and hand and footprints from when he was a baby.

Mother-of-five Katie captioned the shot: ‘Can you guess who this was?’.
But her followers soon took to the comment section, thinking the television personality had shared news she is pregnant.
One wrote: ‘Congratulations Katie’, while another added: ‘My face when I saw the scan pic’.

A third chimed: ‘I thought this was an announcement then’.
One eagle-eyed fan noticed the ultrasound scan was dated to 2001- when Katie was pregnant with Harvey.
They wrote: ‘It says 2001 so it’s got to be Harvey’.

Katie has made no secret of her desire to have a baby with fiancé Carl, 32, previously sharing that their trips abroad last year were ‘baby making’ holidays.
She said last year: ‘I’m not finished yet, I definitely want more babies. When you get old, I might look young and act young, but our bodies inside are getting old whether we like it or not.
‘So the next baby I have I will have to do IVF, I already know that. So that is another journey that I will talk about.’
Katie is mum to son Harvey with her footballer ex Dwight Yorke, and co-parents her children Junior, 16, Princess, 14, with ex-husband Peter Andre.

The star also has son Jett, eight, and daughter Bunny, seven, with her ex-husband Kieran Hayler.
It comes as Katie’s ex fiancé is set to fight in a celebrity boxing match, according to a new report.
The fitness instructor, 31, – who Katie split from in 2019 – is training for the fight which will take place at London’s O2 Arena, according to The Sun.
A source said: ‘The details are still under wraps but all the stars are in training now for it. When the date comes around they’ll be fighting in front of a big crowd at London’s O2 arena.’

Mother-of-five Katie and Kris dated on and off for two years before they ended their engagement and split in 2019.
She then got engaged to Carl in April last year when he proposed ten months into their relationship.
It comes after last October Kris told of his hopes her recent drink-drive car crash was a ‘turning point in her life’, as he weighed in on the shock incident.

Katie was handed a suspended sentence in December after pleading guilty to drink driving, driving whilst disqualified and driving without insurance after her horror crash.
And in an interview soon after, her former partner Kris told how the crash could be deemed as a ‘blessing in disguise’, with the personal trainer detailing how she used alcohol to ‘self-meditate’ during tough times.
Kris told The Sun: ‘Kate has a great family around her that will hopefully help her with this. I just hope this can be the turning point for her now to change her life.

‘The crash was like a blessing in disguise because now hopefully she can get the help she needs.’
The personal trainer and Katie met in May 2018 and got engaged in July 2019, but ended their relationship four months later.
Amid his supportive words about his ex, who learned of Katie’s crash on the news, went on to detail how she used alcohol as a crutch in times of trouble.
He said: ‘Katie has been open before about how she self-medicates. It seems this is her coping mechanism for whatever is going on in her life. I just hope now for her sake, her kids’ sake and her family’s sake that she gets through this and comes back out on top.’
Upon learning of her recent troubles, Kris admitted he was immediately ‘concerned’ for both her welfare and her children’s, adding that he could relate to her mental health struggles as he’s battled with his own issues.
Noting how he’s been in a ‘similar position’ to Katie, a sympathetic Kris remarked that he understands how ‘lonely’ things get and how ‘hard’ it is to get out of a ‘rut’.
