Each of the human-shaped cushions was a mini-me of one of Katie’s children, with each wearing a custom hoodie.
Princess wore pink, Harvey donned green, Bunny had purple, Jett sported tie-die, while Junior kept things simple in plain black.
And Katie’s doll wore a set of baby pink pyjamas with a congratulatory sash that read ‘Best Mum Ever!’ across the chest.
‘This is creepy,’ wrote one of Katie’s followers in the comments. ‘Creepy as hell, soz,’ added another.
‘Awesome in a strange way, I’d probably get them done of my daughter’s boyfriends, if they aren’t nice I’d stick pins in them,’ one protective mum wrote.

She captioned the short clip with: ‘Finally had my 1st covid and I hate needles but it actually was over before I could start playing up.’
