With just hours to go before her highly anticipated AFL Grand Final performance, Katy Perry has announced more shows for her 2025 Australian Lifetimes tour.
The Teenage Dream hitmaker has doubled down on Down Under, adding two more dates to the itinerary.
The original run included just one show in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth, but the US popstar will now play two extra shows in Sydney and Brisbane.
Katy took to Instagram on Friday to share the news with a picture of the tour poster with the added dates.
‘Adding TWO MORE SHOWS to today’s Lifetimes Tour presale,’ Katy captioned the post.
‘I am overwhelmed with LOVE today and SO excited for the show we have for you.’
While the news was welcomed by Katy’s legion of Aussie fans, some were left a little disappointed.
Adelaide fans of the Roar star are set to miss out, with Katy not naming one show in the City of Churches during her 2025 jaunt.

One fan suggested to another heartbroken Teenage Dreamer to spend money on pop icon Kylie Minogue, who is bringing her Tensions tour to Adelaide in February.
‘Better to go see Kylie,’ they wrote. ‘She’s in Adelaide.’
One hopeful fan still had their fingers crossed that more shows would be added to the anticipated tour.

Katy announced her 2025 Lifetimes tour on Wednesday.
‘I am super keen to announce The Lifetimes tour, and I’m rolling out dates first in Australia,’ she revealed on Sunrise.
‘It’s been a long time, but I feel like I’m totally ready for it. It’s a high energy singalong with all the songs that everybody knows and more.’
Katy is set to reportedly be paid a staggering $5million to put on a pre-game performance at the AFL Grand Final in Melbourne on Saturday.
She is being paid the huge amount to sing five songs to a roaring crowd of 100,000 at the MCG before Sydney take on Brisbane, reported the Herald Sun.
The huge sum is said to come with some strings attached — that she performs a selection of older well-known hits, rather than songs from her new 143 LP.
Katy’s Lifetimes tour will kick off on June 9 at Qudos bank Arena in Sydney before moving to Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena on June 12 and 13.
She will the hit the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on June 17 and 18, then the RAC Arena in Perth on June 22.
