Kayla Itsines and boyfriend Jae Woodroffe hit the beach in Adelaide

She’s one of Australia’s most successful fitness entrepreneurs, recently selling her Sweat workout app for a reported $400M.  

And Kayla Itsines was her own best advertisement as she showcased her rock-hard abs during a beach day with her boyfriend Jae Woodroffe in Adelaide on Monday. 

Joined by her daughter Arna, two, the fitness guru, 30, looked fit as a fiddle as she strolled down the sand in a black G-string bikini.

Kayla and Jae – who went ‘Instagram official’ in January – packed on the PDA, with Jae cheekily squeezing his ladylove’s derrière as they canoodled.

The muscle-bound brunette meanwhile giggled and smiled as she cosied up to her new beau. 

Risk and safety manager Jae arrived at the beach wearing a white singlet, but quickly removed his top as the temperature soared.

The loved-up couple made sure to stay hydrated during the sun-drenched outing by sipping on take-away beverages from Boost Juice.   

They also appeared to order take-away food for lunch, as several Uber Eats delivery bags were placed on the sand near their belongings.
