The Australian country music star, 57, smiled while leaving the studio after he appeared as a musical guest on the late night talk show.
Wearing a plaid collared shirt with the sleeves rolled up, Keith dressed casually for the event in a pair of black jeans.
His shirt had several buttons undone to show off his chest tattoo and he paired his look with black and white sneakers.
The rocker held up a peace sign with his hands as he walked out of the venue surrounded by crew and his entourage.
Stars Ryan Seacrest and Monica Barbaro also appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Tuesday night.

Meanwhile, Keith’s wife Nicole Kidman, 57, is currently in Nashville as she prepares to spend Christmas with her family.
Nicole and her daughters Sunday Rose, 16, and Faith Margaret, 14, have been celebrating the holiday season with the actress’ sister Antonia Kidman, 54, and her daughter Lucia Hawley, 27.
Earlier this month, Lucia shared a series of festive season snaps to her social media that featured her spending some yuletide down time with her relatives in the pictures, including her famous aunt.
In one photo, the 7Bravo presenter posed with her cousin Sunday Rose, her sister Sybella, 17, and 28-year-old American model Bella Hadid.
Lucia also shared a sweet picture of Sunday Rose posing with her sister, Faith Margaret, in front of a Christmas tree with their pet dog.
The post also revealed that Lucia’s longtime boyfriend Henry Poole accompanied her on the special stateside trip.
Lucia also shared a video of the Kidman-Urban family attending an ice hockey NHL match featuring the Nashville Predators.
The Kidman clan recently reunited when they returned to Australia for Nicole’s mother Janelle’s funeral last month.

Janelle died at the age of 84 in September, just hours before Nicole was awarded Best Actress for her role in Babygirl at Venice Film Festival, with the film’s director accepting the gong on her behalf.
Lucia – who is the daughter of Nicole’s sister Antonia Kidman and late businessman Angus Hawley – united in grief with her family at the service at Sydney’s St Francis Xavier Church.
Lucia and her siblings Hamish, 23, and Sybella flocked around to support their younger cousins at the ceremony.
Nicole’s sister Antonia also shares another son named James with ex-husband Angus – who died in 2015 from a suspected heart attack.
She also has two younger sons, Nicholas and Alexander, who she welcomed with her second husband Craig Marran.
